Bishop Randall E. Holts
Bishop Randall E. Holts is the Senior Pastor of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church of Miami. Since 1985, Bishop Holts has served as the Chief Administrator responsible for administering the spiritual and temporal affairs of the church. Under his dynamic leadership the congregation has grown tremendously in the Miami area. Bishop Holts is an anointed Man of God. He has effectively guided his congregation to take control of their destiny through the powerful teaching and anointed preaching of the Word of God. “Building Strong Families for the 21st Century” is the central theme and Vision for Ministry for NHMBC. In 1997, Bishop Holts and his leadership team organized and established the “New Hope Development Center, Inc.”, a 501-C3 Non-For-Profit Corporation. The mission of NHDC is to foster self-sufficiency for families through economic empowerment and delivering human & social services to improve the quality of life for residents in the community. Bishop Holts is a native of Miami, Florida. He was educated in the Dade County Public School System and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, School of Business in 1976, majoring in Banking & Finance, and a graduate degree from the University of Virginia, majoring in Retail Bank Management. Bishop Holts’ business training prepared him for successful 20-year career in banking. In 1997 he retired from Barnett Bank after serving in many leadership capacities, to serve as full-time Pastor of NHMBC. On November 10, 2006, Bishop Holts was consecrated as Bishop by the Kingdom Dominion International Network under the dynamic leadership of Presiding Bishop Harold Calvin Ray. He is actively involved in several community-based organizations. Bishop Holts is married to Prophetess Sharlene Denise Holts for 47 years. Together they have three wonderful children, Shontel, Ericka, and Randall II, and eight grands Jaelyn, Justin, Jordan, JaCorey, Jasiah, John, JaNay and Jade. His number one goal in life is to do God’s Will.
